Complete apartment renovation from scratch - skim coats, tiling, painting and full fit-out
A project completed in February. The task was a full apartment renovation - starting from stripping old paint layers, followed by priming and filling imperfections in every room and the kitchen. Once dry, skim coats were applied throughout. In parallel we laid laminate flooring and painted the attic. In the bathroom we tiled the walls and floor and fitted a bath, shower and toilet. The final stage was painting with colour selection and white ceilings. The entire project took over a month.

Complete bathroom renovation from scratch - plumbing connections, floor & wall tiling, full fixture installation: shower cabin, toilet and concealed cistern
A comprehensive full-home renovation carried out from scratch - skim coatings, tiling, flooring and finishing throughout. The project included two complete bathrooms, a kitchen renovation with panels and tiles, and installation of air conditioning with ventilation. Work ran from January to the end of June.

Complete bathroom fit-out in a modular home - tiling, fixtures and full plumbing from scratch
A full bathroom fit-out in a modular home, completed from the ground up including the sewage installation. We installed floor and wall tiles, a mirror, toilet, basin with linear drain and shower valve, shower and shelving unit. All plumbing and sanitary work carried out from scratch.

Complete heat pump installation for a family home - professional selection, installation and commissioning
A recent project in a modular home - we routed all water pipework with connections to the heat pump, heat recovery unit (HRV) and air conditioning. The system was pressure-tested before filling to minimise any risk of flooding. Supply and extract ventilation ducts were also routed and balanced throughout the building.

Complete water and drainage renovation - residential building
Renovation begun in early April. The scope included full water and sewage installation routed from scratch and connected to the existing drainage system, plus radiator installation. We started by removing the old sewage pipes and copper pipework, then chose the Geberit system for its flexibility at the radiator connection points. Shut-off valve count and additional pipe insulation were agreed with the client. Further work covered heat pump connection, fitting of toilets, showers, taps and sinks. Following the client's satisfaction with the outcome, we also installed a complete underfloor heating system.
